Newly bought truck-mounted cranes need a period of running-in period, which is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the crane, reduce the failure rate, and extend the service life. The working load during the running-in period of the small crane should not exceed 80% of the rated working load to prevent the machine from overheating in long-term continuous operation. It is necessary to check the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel level of the small crane frequently then pay attention to check the tightness of the whole machine. Strengthen the lubrication of each lubrication point. It is recommended to add grease to the lubrication points of the small crane during the running-in period. Keep the small crane clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating the wear of the parts or causing the parts to be lost. At the end of the running-in period, perform mandatory maintenance on the small crane, do a good job of inspection and adjustment, and pay attention to the replacement of oil.
